Park calisthenics the third
Details
If you went to the last event, this will be similar, so we'll do mobility work, exercises, plyos, and finish with fun stuff picked by popular demand. It's fine if you don't have any experience, since I'll give variations of each exercise to make things easier or harder, and you can pick which variation you want to do. The actual exercising part won't take up all 1.5 hours, since I'll explain things, give time for questions, and have rest time between exercises. This will be a gradual and casual session, so if there's any exercise you don't feel comfortable doing, just skip it.
Calisthenics is a fancy way of saying body weight exercises, so we'll do exercises that don't require any special equipment. To keep things simple, the exercises here will avoid not just special equipment but also any equipment, so you'll be able to do everything we do here at home after.
We'll be on grass, so if you're a popular mosquito snack, wear full sleeves/pants/bug repellent. We'll also do some exercises on the ground, so bring a mat if you don't want to be directly on the grass and wear shoes that have good traction. If you want to do pullup/bar/ring exercises, arrive early or stay late (we don't have time to do those during the event). You can also bring your own equipment (resistance bands, parallettes, weight vest, ...) and work on your own/ask for workout suggestions/provide workout ideas.
If you arrive late/can't find us, check the comments (scroll down past this description to the bottom of the page).
If you're interested in this event but can't make it because of time/location, leave a comment below. If you know parks with calisthenics/workout equipment, add that in a comment below too.
