Where Healthy Living Meets Lifelong Friendships and Love!
Our club is all about embracing a healthy lifestyle, nurturing a positive mindset, and reveling in the beauty of nature. If you're someone who enjoys Green Exercise outdoor workouts, and can hike/walk 5-8 miles without health issues (do consult your personal physician), we invite you to join us.
Here's what makes us special:
*Transformative Events: Our club events bring people together, fostering new friendships and even sparking love stories. The benefits are profound, including better health, reduced stress, and the end of isolation.
*Safety First: Your well-being is our top priority. We strictly follow CDC guidelines and protocols. If you're feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to wait until you're better to join us.
For everyone's safety and convenience, we encourage carpooling among those who know each other well.
*Stunning Locations: We're fortunate living in the bay area to have shaded forests, mountain trails, and beach walks with amazing ocean sunsets nearby. Your suggestions for new areas to explore are always welcome.
*Convenient Scheduling: Enjoy our thoughtfully scheduled events, mostly in the late morning, afternoon, and evenings, to fit your personal schedule. Allowing you to get your beauty sleep, and even your morning 'errands' are merely a stylish sprint to fetch that perfect breakfast or cup of coffee.
*Inclusivity: Whether you're reuniting with old friends or looking to meet new people while exercising outdoors, you'll find a warm and welcoming community here.

Mental health prescription: Nature
Being in nature can boost your mood and improve mental health. Spending quality time in the great outdoors reduces stress, calms anxiety, and can lead to a lower risk of depression, according to a study done by researchers at Stanford University. In addition to having mental health benefits, being outdoors opens up your senses to your surroundings and improves your sensory perception. Taking in the sights, smells, and feelings of nature has so many health benefits it can even be prescribed by a doctor.

Rio Del Mar Beach: Expansive, popular beach featuring swimming, picnicking, scenic ocean views & nearby restaurants.
Rio Del Mar is Spanish for, river of the sea. It's the perfect beach to escape the Santa Cruz crowds. This beach is nestled in a neighborhood in Aptos with a cafe, bar, restaurant and parking right next to the beach.
Beer Can Beach is located just to the north of the Seascape Resort, It’s a popular spot to take your dog for a walk. It’s also just a great place to enjoy the beach away from the crowds.

Hello Nature Lovers, Let's meet new friends and go on a Green Exercise wellness hike, enjoy the nature and the beauty of one of the best bird watching areas on the west coast for our physical health and mental well-being😇
Baylands Nature Preserve
Bounded by Mountain View and East Palo Alto, the 1,940-acre Baylands Preserve is one of the largest tracts of undisturbed marshland remaining in the San Francisco Bay. Fifteen miles of multi-use trails provide access to a unique mixture of tidal and fresh water habitats.Many consider this area to be one of the best bird watching areas on the west coast. The preserve has a substantial resident population of birds as well as being a major migratory stopover on the Pacific Flyway.
Enjoy this 5 mile loop trail near Palo Alto, California. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 1 h 50 min to complete. This is a very popular area for birding, fishing, and road biking, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring.

Castle Rock State Park is a 5,242-acre state park of California, United States, located along the crest of the Santa Cruz Mountains and almost entirely in Santa Cruz County, with parts extending into Santa Clara County and San Mateo County.

César Chávez Park, built on the site of a former landfill, offers a wide range of recreational opportunities in a marina setting witspectacular views of the three bay bridges, Alcatraz, and Angel Island.
The Berkeley Marina is the westernmost portion of the city of Berkeley, California, located west of the Eastshore Freeway (Interstate 80 and 580) at the foot of University Avenue on San Francisco Bay. Narrowly speaking, "Berkeley Marina" refers only to the city marina, but in common usage, it applies more generally to the surrounding area.
The Berkeley Marina was originally part of the open waters of San Francisco Bay. The original shoreline ran a few yards west of the Southern Pacific (now Union Pacific) tracks on Third Street. The area was gradually filled in over the years.

In 1909, the City built a municipal wharf at the foot of University Avenue which was used primarily for freight. Starting in 1926, the Golden Gate Ferry Company began construction of the Berkeley Pier. It was built out from the foot of University Avenue about 3.5 miles into the Bay. On June 16, 1927, auto ferry service began. between the Berkeley Pier and the Hyde Street Pier in San Francisco, a pier shared with the Sausalito ferry.Berkeley Marina Loop Trail
Enjoy this 5-mile loop trail near Berkeley, California. Generally considered an easy route. This is a popular trail for birding, road biking, and running, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day.
