Discovering your inner self through Yoga & Chan Meditation (San Francisco)

Step into a quiet space in San Francisco where body and mind can truly settle. Each session combines yoga stretching to relax the body, guided Chan meditation to reset the mind, and a short instructional talk on how to practice with greater clarity and consistency. You will learn to reconnect inwardly and gain practical insight into beginning self-improvement through Chan meditation.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat; a limited number of mats are available on site. If you have any serious physical injuries or mental health conditions, please let us know in advance so we can recommend appropriate modifications.
For the best results, we encourage consistent attendance. However, attending individual sessions can still provide meaningful benefits.
This course is open to everyone—no Buddhist background or religious affiliation is required.

25 min Yoga
10 min Chan Meditation (silent sit)
25 min Small talk (optional continuous sitting)
