Tantric Breathwork Workshop : Journey to Awareness and Bliss:

In this workshop

We will explore:
~Meaning of Tantra,
~How Tantra weaves and says Big Yes to all dualism and contradictions.
~Live a creative and evolutionary life align with Creative conscious force (Shakti-the movement of Divine Mother)
~Enhance our capacity to feel body and enjoy sensations and ecstasy within, free from trauma and stress
~Access to the glimpse of Blissful Awareness ( ground and source of our life and all of existence)

With the help of various breathing practices,
we open our body (different layers), creating more spaciousness, aliveness, and consciousness, free from all constrictions, and stress
so that blocked, stressful, traumatized, and sleeping energy starts to awaken and flow. That creates a union between Space and Energy to cultivate deep peace and ecstasy like in deep love when masculine and feminine forces come together. Opening and awakening our space and energy this way and calming restlessness, melting restrictions, and integrating trauma, we meditate and rest in our true Nature of inner luminosity and energy of Ecstasy.

Some of the practices we do

· Shaking and moving the entire body
· Pelvis rocking/jiggling and Spinal breathing
· PC muscle strengthening and opening
· Warming the stove and Opening the Heart and Head breathing(3 center Breathing)
· Feeling the difference between the Natural Ecstasy reflex and the trauma reflex: Breathe to meet a good feeling
· Opening sensations in the whole body: Body parts breathing
· Conscious connected breath: Breathing to Open Space and Energy
