In this workshop, we will embrace the body with the Tantric practice of Breathwork, Relaxation, Visualization, and a non-dual perspective.
With the help of various breathing practices,
We open our body (different layers), creating more spaciousness, aliveness, and consciousness, free from all constrictions and stress.
This leads to the awakening of blocked, stressful, and traumatized energy, thereby creating a union between Space and Energy to cultivate deep peace and ecstasy, like in deep love, when masculine and feminine forces come together. Opening and awakening our space and energy this way, calming restlessness, melting restrictions, and integrating trauma, we meditate and rest in our true Nature of inner luminosity and the energy of Ecstasy,
