Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a way of connecting rooted in empathy, compassion, and awareness.
This one-hour session offers a tantalizing glimpse into the world of NVC— a introduction to a few principles.
Whether you're navigating communication challenges, wanting to strengthen your relationships, or simply curious about what NVC has to offer, this session provides a meaningful starting point.
Our style of teaching emphasizes the consciousness and deeper intentions behind NVC, helping each person find authentic, grounded ways to practice it in their own voice. We also bring the learning to life with real-world examples and encourage participants to share situations from their own lives so the group can explore how NVC principles might apply.
While our time together will be brief, you’ll have the chance to reflect, connect, and get a taste of what it’s like to learn and practice NVC—a springboard for more in-depth exploration down the line.
