Curious about improv but not sure where to start? This Improv through AdLib (https://theadlibcompany.com/about/#:~:text=At%20The%20AdLib%20Company%2C%20our,connection%2C%20healing%2C%20and%20personal%20growth.) session is designed as a neurodivergent-affirming, beginner-friendly space where you can explore improv at your own pace.
There’s no pressure to perform, no expectation to be “funny,” and no experience required. You’re always welcome to observe, participate as much or as little as you’d like, and take breaks when needed. The focus is on learning, self-expression, and feeling safe to try.
