Welcome to Bend Breathwork, a community dedicated to exploring the transformative power of conscious breathing! My name is Richard, and I am thrilled to be your new organizer as we embark on this incredible journey together.
Our group is focused on providing bi-monthly Transformational Breathwork sessions and events designed to help you tap into your inner wisdom, release emotional blockages, and experience profound healing. Transformational Breathwork is a powerful modality that combines deep, connected breathing with evocative music, creating a unique atmosphere for personal growth and self-discovery.
During our sessions, you'll be immersed in a carefully curated soundscape featuring intense music, binaural beats, tribal rhythms, and soothing sound baths. These auditory elements work synergistically with the breathwork to guide you on a deep inner journey. We also incorporate complementary practices such as healing hypnosis, journaling, and meditation to enhance your experience and facilitate lasting transformation.
Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, our welcoming and inclusive community provides a safe space for you to explore, grow, and connect with like-minded individuals. We believe that every person has the innate wisdom and power to heal themselves, and our mission is to support you in unlocking your full potential.

Take a break from the screen and step into nature for a mix of breathwork, yoga, and community connection. No experience needed — just bring yourself, a mat, and an open mind.
What to Expect:
✨ A welcoming circle to ground and connect
✨ Gentle, nature-inspired yoga led outdoors
✨ Guided intuitive breathwork journey
✨ Closing circle and optional time for connection
All practices are beginner-friendly and trauma-informed. Come exactly as you are — no experience necessary.What to Bring:
- A yoga mat or towel
- Blanket or extra layers (it may cool down in the evening)
- Water bottle
- Journal and pen (optional)
- Anything that helps you feel cozy outdoors (like a hat or socks)

We’ll meet near the main parking area at Sawyer Park. Look for a small set up with yoga mats and friendly faces! We'll also post a sign or have something visible like a colorful scarf or flag so you can spot us easily.
