Shabbat Walk - Humanistically

Details
Join us for a relaxing Shabbat walk in the Teller Farm Open Space in east Boulder County. This is a flat, out and back trail with expansive views of the front and back ranges. There is ample parking, an outhouse, and maybe an owl in the cottonwoods at the trailhead! We’ll meet at the picnic table for some Shabbat blessings, humanistically, and take off.
Click the attend button so we know to expect you! Bring a hat, water, comfy shoes and layers for weather.
The trailhead is east of 75th St. and north of Arapahoe. The official address is, "8331 Arapahoe Rd at the end of the gravel access road (White Rocks Trail)." The website gives better directions than I am able to put on Meetup.

Beth Ami is the only Humanistic Jewish congregation in Colorado and is a proud affiliate of the Society for Humanistic Judaism. We celebrate Jewish holidays, learning and life cycle events through the secular lens of history, culture, and reason. We believe in the human capacity to create a better world without supernatural intervention.
Beth Ami is a welcoming community where we connect to Jewish past, celebrate Jewish present and link to Jewish future through a humanistic philosophy. We encourage anyone interested in learning about Humanistic Judaism to attend this and all our events.
We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Corporation and rely on membership dues to support the infrastructure required for our events. Please consider becoming a paid member, which includes membership in the Society for Humanistic Judaism. Send a message on Meetup if you are interested in membership.
Let's do Jewish together - Humanistically!
