20s, 30s, and 40s adventure group, primarily focused around Skiing, Snowboarding, and the Outdoors. Lowest cost trips. Primarily based out of Denver area, but with members who travel with us from all over USA. Goal is for new members to have a sense of community and to experience awesome trips to amazing mountains together.
Often times people's Meetup settings aren't set correctly to receive emails, and if we send you a Facebook Messenger message first, it goes into a hidden section.
Please check your Meetup messenger every once in a while too, especially if you hope to attend a trip or meetup and haven't seen any communication about it.
We have some "sister" groups with a lot of overlapping members that we hope to publish trips and events with from time to time including Xplore N More Philly which is a non-profit group that publishes ski adventure trips all over the world.

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS (starting Feb 26)

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS RESORT is a renowned ski resort and mountain town in Colorado, known for its "Champagne Powder" snow and a rich Western heritage. It's a year-round destination offering a wide range of activities beyond skiing, including hiking, and exploring the natural hot springs. The resort itself boasts diverse terrain across its six peaks, catering to all skill levels, from beginner slopes to challenging glades and expert chutes.
Many people who will join on this trip will attend the XNM Aspen Trip (which will start on Sat, Feb 21) and at the conclusion of that trip, we will drive north to Steamboat Springs. The drive from Aspen to Steamboat should be about 3 hours.

We will be staying at the Legacy Vacation Resort’s Steamboat Springs Hilltop. It is about a five-minute drive to Main Street. We have luxury suites reserved for 24 people. Each suite has two bedrooms: 2 beds in the one room, and a king bed in the master, along with a sofa bed. Each suite has a full kitchen. There is a guest laundry that includes a washer and dryer. Some amenities are 2 indoor hot tubs, a fitness center, sauna, outdoor firepit, game room, free parking, and ski lockers. Pricing is calculated with 4 people per suite. Price is $470 per person for 5 nights (with 4 per suite). We are currently collecting a $210 deposit, which is refundable until October 1st, or after that only with a replacement found. Many people may only stay 4 nights (departing Monday, especially if they are coming in from Aspen). We will be refunding after the trip for the excess rooms not needed on the last night.

LIFT TICKETS:
Most trip attendees will have Ikon Passes. Steamboat Springs is on the Base Pass. If you are planning to purchase an Ikon Pass, reach out to John for more information on the group program. We do not have group discounted lift tickets for this trip specifically.

Roommate requests need to be given by November 1st so that we can backfill open spots with appropriate genders to keep same-sex rooms.

Indoor Rock Climbing at Movement Englewood!
Movement Englewood, 1050 W Hampden Ave , Suite 100, Englewood, CO, USCome join us at Movement Englewood and meet some new climbing buddies! We will meet at the long table at 6pm to break into groups by 6:10 for climbing. All abilities are welcome! Even if you have never climbed before you can join us to climb you just won’t be able to belay anyone. If you are not new to climbing but need to get belay certified please try to show up a little early and talk to the front desk.
