About us
Get out and ride! This is a group for anyone in Arvada, CO or nearby areas to meet up for bike rides around the area. Arvada is a great place to ride, with tons of trails, parks, bike lanes, and great weather. Riding is a great way to explore new areas of the city or get to know your own neighborhood. We have experienced riders to lead rides for all ability levels, including recreational rides (12-16 miles at an exercise pace) as well as shorter and slower kid-friendly rides (3-5 miles at a conversational pace).

BFA 18 Bear Creek Ride
The Stone House,, 2900 s. Estes St., Lakewood, CO, USBFA 18 Bear Creek Ride 09-19-26
We will leave Arvada and head south to see what Lakewood has to offer. Meet at the STONE HOUSE AT 2900 S ESTES ST, LAKEWOOD at 9am for a 12 mile ride west on Bear Creek and around the reservoir and return along the same route. There are some decent hills and views.All riders are required to wear a helmet, follow bike safety and traffic laws, and sign a waiver. BFA ride leaders will give a briefing 5 minutes before the ride begins and outline the route and other specifics for the day. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the ride begins to give yourself enough time to get ready.

BFA 19 Van Bibber Creek Trail Ride
Gold Strike Park, 5500 W 56th Ave, Arvada, CO, USBFA 19 Van Bibber Creek Ride 09-26-26
This ride will start at Gold Strike Park, 5500 W 56th Ave at 9am. The ride will follow Clear Creek Trail west out towards Golden, but turn at Easley Road. Then head back on friendly streets and Van Bibber and Ralston Creek Trails to Gold Strike Park. 20 miles.All riders are required to wear a helmet, follow bike safety and traffic laws, and sign a waiver. BFA 20 Pizza Ride

This one in a fun one! Barely earn your pizza on this quick 10 mile Rec ride. We will leave from Van Bibber Park at 10am and go to places in the unique western suburbs. The ride will be followed by pizza and drinks delivered to the park at the end of the ride. We will start at Arvada Volunteer Firefighters Park with the great playground, and then make a big loop to visit several Arvada Fire Stations. Ride will include some history of the Arvada Fire Department and the different stations.All riders are required to wear a helmet, follow bike safety and traffic laws, and sign a waiver.
