Tombstone Shootout & Lunch C+,B-/3/47
Details
Ride Description:
This ride takes us from Sierra Vista to the San Pedro River, and to Tombstone where we plan to stop for coffee, lunch, and pie! The scenery is off the charts. It includes views of the lush San Pedro River and the mountains surrounding Tombstone.
We will spend about and hour in Tombstone so you will have time to stroll along historic Freemont Street and grab some lunch at one of the many eateries.
This ride is "show and go" as we will have only one regrouping spot on the 30 mile outbound, and none on the 17 mile return (due to desolate terrain). C+ riders should be capable of averaging a solid 15 mph so that the meetup in Tombstone works.
