Our friend Chef KoKo Nunn, owner and operator of the vegan food truck Not Ya Average Leaf, is doing a FREE cooking demonstration and tasting at Railroad Park. The presentation is at 3:30, but try to join us at 3:00 so we can sit together as a group. Chef KoKo Nunn started making vegan versions of her favorite Southern comfort foods after she was diagnosed with Crohn's at age 9. Come hear about her journey and the healing power of her diet. There will be cooking tips, health tips, food to taste, and a take-home recipe card.
