Farewell to 2025: Release, Reflect & Begin Anew
Details
Sisters, it has been a year. No matter your age or stage in life, your beliefs or leanings – it's been a lot. We've heard from you on socials and in person, and thanks to guest facilitator Adriana Medina, we have a workshop to end the year with ease and and a release of what no longer serves us. Together we'll honor the lessons of the past year and set grounded intentions for what’s ahead.
Come rest, breathe, and begin anew in supportive community.
Farewell to 2025 is a reflective and community-centered session where we’ll take time to honor our lessons, celebrating our wins, and acknowledge the challenges that shaped us.
Complete your registration here.
Together, we will:
- Identify what you’re ready to release — old stories, emotional burdens, or patterns that no longer serve you.
- Reflect on the personal and professional growth you experienced in 2025, and recognize the strengths you built along the way.
- Create a clear intention for 2026 from a place of hope, grounding, and self-affirmation.
This session opens with gentle yoga, prompts for inner reflection, guided conversation, and simple activities to help you reset emotionally and mentally as you transition into the new year.
You will leave with:
- Greater clarity about what you want to let go of and why it matters
- A renewed sense of purpose and a personal intention that feels aligned and meaningful
- A feeling of connection and support, knowing you are not moving into the new year alone
Whether you’ve had a year full of growth, unexpected challenges, or a mix of both, this is an opportunity to pause, integrate, and step forward with intention.
Come join us for an uplifting, grounding experience to close the year with gratitude — and welcome the new one with openness and possibility.
