See all- Meet Your Shadows, Own Your Light: Unleash Your Inner Queen with Natalie GentryWomen's Wilderness, Boulder, CO
If you've been wanting to break past limiting beliefs and patterns that have been holding you back for far too long, then join certified movement teacher and shadow guide, Natalie Gentry, in a midday workshop to identify and release the Queen within!
As women of color, we have our own experiences of dealing with “not-enoughness” in spite of constantly doing so much for others. Many of us were raised to depend on the goodwill, kindness, and love of others to feel our own value without strengthening our own inner power.
In her own words, Natalie shared: "I notice many of my BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) clients have similar issues of being so exhausted and not trusting of themselves that they all but fall apart once they get into my office."
"I can relate to my clients and to other WOC I meet because I’ve been there, too. It’s important that we give ourselves permission to recognize the things about ourselves that make us uncomfortable and learn to love them and to love our wonderfulness, too."
Part inner reflection, group discussion, and movement, this holistic offering gives women of color a forum to open up about the challenges they face as they move through life, to recognize the cages they find themselves in, and to discover and celebrate the ways they shine. It's also intended to remind women that they aren't alone.
