Try Korean Energy Yoga: Yoga-Tai Chi Blend
Details
Try a new experience! You'll find the unique combination of yoga stretching and Tai Chi energy balancing in this class is just the thing to feel refreshed, and also calm your mind.
Want to know more? Read on: The Chinese word Tai Chi does not mean "move arms and legs this way and that way" - it refers to the natural balance of vital energy. In fact, the name of the black and white symbol that most Americans know as “yin-yang” is actually Tai Chi (Taegeuk in Korean), symbolizing the balance of energy in the natural world. But better to feel it than to read about it, so we hope you'll come to class.
Wear loose or stretchy clothing; please wear yoga socks with traction dots on the bottoms, or indoor martial arts shoes (no outdoor shoes please).
