Our Wednesday class locations will vary between now and March 2025, while the Oceanside Theatre Company is remodeling sections of the Brooks theater. If you have been attending but need the location, or you aren't already a registered student but want to try our classes, please contact us at BnBFoundationSD@gmail.com to get the address for this week's class. (We're sorry for the inconvenience, but MeetUp app doesn't allow us to leave the location unspecified; however, some of our temporary locations will be private and we can't always post them here.)

Start your Wednesday mornings with our unique K-yoga. We'll show you how to stretch deeply, breathe and wake up your energy without risky inverted positions - you can easily adapt this class to your current level. Body & Brain meridian energy yoga is from Korean integrative healing traditions and is designed to improve nervous system and blood circulation, breathing, posture, flexibility and mindfulness. With practice, you can learn how to activate, manage and brighten your energy, reconnect with your own body, appreciate it and give it healthier circulation.
Our classes are taught by qualified volunteer instructors, as a community service. We greatly appreciate your $15 per class donation, which helps us pay our rent. If you are a current member of Body & Brain, our classes are covered by your membership.
Each class includes 15 minutes to check in & warm up, an hour to focus on your own self-care with our instructors, and a few minutes of sharing after class to connect with our community. Wear loose or stretchy clothing; yoga socks are good.
