💬 What are people saying?
The first time I met Terra she was speaking at a women’s connection group. I loved hearing about her passion to help women feel more and get more from their lives than the notorious “fine”. That resonated with me because it is so easy to get caught up in all the things and life is just that…fine. But who really wants just fine? Not me!

Terra’s story is one that I think many women are drawn to because they see a piece of themselves there too. When Terra shared about creating Bolder Women, I knew that she would be making an incredible space for women to show up as their authentic selves and discuss real topics, have real conversations. It is that and so much more.

💥 Meeting Description:

Hey Bolder Woman,

It’s no secret - we’re living through unprecedented times. It seems we wake up every day to a new crisis, tragedy, or threat to our freedoms and democracy.

😫 So many of you have told me about the mix of anxiety, rage, sadness, and distress you feel. And I’m right there with you.

🫣 Others have told me how they just need to check out - how they ignore the news or anything they can’t directly control, and I get that, too. It’s self-preservation.

But what if there was another way?

What if we could pay attention to what’s going on - be active participants - while still staying grounded?

👉 This skill doesn’t just help us navigate today’s political climate in a healthier way; it helps us navigate all the ups and downs that life throws at us.

You see…for too long, women have been labeled as “hysterical” or “overreacting” when we express valid emotions, like anger or deep sadness.

🛑 Add to that the fact that those emotions are really uncomfortable and it’s natural for us to want to avoid them.

Together, that’s created a desire within us to just want to feel calm.

But here’s the truth:

A regulated nervous system isn’t about being calm.

It’s about being responsive.

✅ It’s about feeling what’s real - without being hijacked by it.

✅ It’s about staying connected to your body when things feel intense.

✅ It’s about having access to clarity and choice, even in the middle of uncertainty.

On April 8th, we’re welcoming Emily Wishall, somatic coach, Certified Rolfer®, and author of Radical Embodiment: A Practical Guide to Celebrating the Skin You’re In, for an experiential session that will completely shift how you understand your reactions, and your power.

With more than 14 years of experience working with the body, fascia, and nervous system, Emily bridges the gap between “I understand this intellectually” and “I can actually live this.”

In this workshop, you’ll discover:

⭐ Why you go into freeze, fawn, shutdown, or overdrive

⭐ How to recognize your patterns in real time so you can shift to a more regulated state

⭐ How to move stress and strong emotions through your body instead of storing them

⭐ A new way to respond to life with steadiness, clarity, and self-trust

I personally can’t wait for this session!

This group is all about getting off the sidelines of our lives and making bold choices, even when it’s hard.

🔥 Learning how to stay in the game - while staying grounded, clear, and connected to ourselves - is how we stay powerful without burning out.
It’s the way we take care of ourselves while still showing up for our lives, our loved ones, our community, and our country.

I hope you’ll join me for this empowering session!

With Passion and Purpose,
Terra
