Happy Hour at Santo/Dining out for Ukraine

Santo is inspired by Chef Hosea Rosenberg’s home Taos, New Mexico and its Northern New Mexican cuisine.
Boulder's lucky to be home to "Top Chef" Season 5 champion Hosea Rosenberg, whose restaurant, Blackbelly, is earning high praise from critics and locals alike. And whose newest venture, Santo, is a delicious take on the cuisine of Northern New Mexico.
In 2023, both Blackbelly and Santo were added as recommended restaurants in the esteemed MICHELIN Guide.
Join Colorado’s fifth annual Dine Out for Ukraine on Thursday, July 23, and support local restaurants while helping provide life-saving aid to Ukraine. Boulder participants include Cafe Aion, Blackbelly Market & Restaurant, Brasserie Boulder, Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar, West End Tavern, Centro Mexican Kitchen, Santo, The Post, Velvet Elk Lounge, Pica's, and Hapa Sushi. Throughout the Front Range and across Colorado, dozens of additional restaurants will also participate.
