Ayurvedic Health Practitioner Natalie Elghossain will share how the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda - the sister science of Yoga - can help you create the life you truly desire. Come move, breathe, laugh, and soak up those sweet Boulder vibes—then leave with simple, practical tips for feeling more balanced, connected, and energized in your daily life.
