We’re talking 45 minutes of easy-breezy yoga on the grass, followed by a short hike—because your body deserves some love after a day of emails and endless to-dos. This week, we’re adding something extra special:
✨ Therapeutic Mentor & Healing Advocate Tasha Darwent will share her journey of moving from trauma to empowerment—and how you can begin to bring more compassion, connection, and possibility into your own daily life. She’ll offer simple insights and practices that remind us healing isn’t linear, but it’s always possible.
Come move, breathe, laugh, and soak up those sweet Boulder vibes—then leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and inspired.

✨ Come for the yoga, stay for the hike and soulful wisdom—or just lay in the grass and cloud-watch, we won’t judge
✨ All levels welcome
