Thanks to everyone who rsvp’d! We look forward to those of you who will be able attend tomorrow… and now:

Can You Name the Four DistInct Varieties of Type 2 Diabetes?

Following our usual check in and discussion, we’ll watch and discuss a video featuring Nick Norwitz interviewing Stanford University’s top researcher Michael Snyder, who will "Reveal What Really Causes Diabetes”. His recent research provides a brilliant new development in understanding diabetes, using AI with CGM data and many other human data point analysis to better diagnose specifically what variety of type 2 diabetes you may have, and what an individualized treatment approach is all about... and more!

(If cannot attend, watch the video on your own: youtu.be/mCrc4gfbK2o )

If you’re still on the fence about coming… there will be freshly picked organic lemon cucumber’s to take home for anyone who attends (special thanks to Dorinda! ;-)

Boulder Low Carb Diabetes Group: 2nd Saturdays, Monthly, 10am- Noon (mt)
The intention of our free monthly group is to support each other in learning, sharing and practicing the best diabetes care possible incorporating a very low carb lifestyle, along with regular exercise and reduced stress. We believe people living with diabetes can be healthy and are ultimately responsible for our own care. Group discussions include sharing everything from low carb recipes to the latest research findings, as well as stories of our personal health experiences with other like-minded friends. We especially focus on how to incorporate very low carb normal blood sugar guidelines by Dr. Richard K. Bernstein MD, low carb high fat (LCHF) ketogenic diet approaches, intermittent fasting, and other evidence based cutting edge approaches towards successfully managing diabetes while enjoying a healthy lifestyle. In addition to personal sharing and support, meetings also include guest presenters, educational video presentations, free product samples, book giveaways, diabetes gadget demos, sharing recipes and low carb treats, exchanging usable diabetes supplies, and testing blood sugars with products under development. Anyone interested is welcome to drop in and join us, especially people living with diabetes and their family and friends.

Meetings are Free • Donations also Appreciated
