Boulder Men's Groups are small, in-person groups where you can:
→ Be real about what’s actually going on
→ Build meaningful relationships with other men
→ Feel supported and challenged
This isn't group therapy. It's grounded and practical. You're not there to perform. You're there to be present, show up for others, and talk honestly about your life.

→ It's a judgement-free space for men to be real with themselves and each other
→ It's a space for men to develop deeper and more meaningful friendships
→ It's confidential. What's shared and who shared it stays within the group.

How it works

Groups run as a 12-week series with 6 sessions. We meet every two weeks for 90 minutes at the same time and place in Boulder.
Groups are intentionally small: 5–8 men. That's by design. Trust and meaningful relationships take time to build, and smaller groups create space for real connection.

Who this is for

Men who want more depth. Men who are tired of surface-level conversations. Men who want more from their friendships and from themselves.
You don't have to have it figured out. Most of us don't.
Outside of the main men's group series, we'll have events like hikes, cycling, and happy hours.
