Let’s hike the Boulder Valley Ranch area
We will combine the Degge, Eagle, Sage and Cobalt Trails to create a loop that meanders past charming ponds and verdant meadows. Beautiful views of the Hogback Ridge, the surrounding foothills, the Boulder metropolis, and glimpses of the Flatirons await you. The trail is well-known for its expansive areas, where you can see prairie dogs, raptors like eagles and hawks, and rattlesnakes. Most of the trail is a broad gravel walk surrounded by vast Colorado farmland.
