Welcome to the Boulder Yoga Hikes Group! This group is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts looking to combine their love of hiking with the mindfulness of yoga. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or just starting out, join us for gentle yoga sessions followed by scenic nature hikes in the Boulder area. Connect with like-minded individuals, deepen your yoga practice, and embrace the beauty of Colorado's great outdoors. Beginners are welcome! Let's explore, stretch, and grow together. Join us for an unforgettable experience that combines fitness, relaxation, and community.
Yoga and hikes are led by Ciara Martin, PhD founder of The Planted Yogi. She is trained in yoga instruction, wilderness first aid & wilderness navigation. Events will occur seasonally on a monthly basis at a minimum and are free for Colorado residents.

Yoga Hike - Doudy Draw, Boulder

Join me for a December Yoga Hike — a mix of easy hiking, standing yoga, and walking meditation that will warm you up way faster than holiday chaos.
No mat needed. No yoga perfection required. Just show up, breathe, move, and let the mountains do their thing.
What to Expect:
- Chill, social pace
- Standing stretches + balance poses
- Walking meditation to reset your brain
- Good company + winter nature magic
Bring: warm layers, water, maybe a thermos of tea, and your most “I need this” energy.
