Walk Description: Let's hustle our way into the new year, burn some holiday calories, and rev up our energy for a fabulous 2024 on this 10-mile New Year's Eve urban hike along Boulder's beautiful greenway system! Schedule & Planning: We will meet in the parking lot at Valmont City Park, south of the intersection of Valmont and Airport Road. We will start walking no later than 10:05 am and finish by about 2:00 pm. PLEASE CARPOOL or park up Airport Road along the street if parking is not available at the park.

Trip Notes:
~ We will begin walking at 10:05, so please arrive on time.

~ Be sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, sun protection and wear appropriate gear/clothing for the season.
*** If it's icy/snowy, pack shoe traction (such as YakTrax, SnowTrax, or other light cleats - NOT Microspikes). We'll be walking on mostly paved surfaces. Bring trekking poles for added stability and support.
~ No dogs on this one, please.
