What we’re about
Welcome to the Brave Women's Community Center Meetup Group!
Our Mission: The mission of The Brave Women's Community Center is to empower women and girls to overcome anxiety, depression, and societal pressures through a variety of healing and creative practices. We aim to build a supportive community where competition is replaced by collaboration, helping each individual to expand, explore, and discover their identities. This nurturing environment encourages women and girls to find their strength and bravery, and to put their own passions into practice in a welcoming and joyful setting.
Our Vision: At The Brave Women's Community Center, we envision a world where every woman and girl feels empowered to confront her challenges, embrace her unique identity, and unleash her creativity. We seek to create spaces filled with laughter, collaboration, and artistic expression, where women and girls from diverse backgrounds come together to explore theatre, dance, music, writing, and spirituality. As we continue to grow, our vision extends beyond Colorado, aiming to establish a network of centers where bravery, play, and mutual support are not just ideals but everyday realities. We envision a community center that is designed to be a joyful sanctuary, fostering personal growth and transformation through a rich tapestry of creative and healing practices.

A transformative and empowering movement practice of the body or “soma”, mind and soul. Helping us move through stagnation, emotion and stale energy that we sometimes hold onto and store in our body unknowingly.
Allow your body to tap in and express your inner world by moving to the beat. A gently guided journey supports you in this moving meditation where the dance becomes not only the magic but the medicine. Experience your body on a deeper level and let it guide you to your most powerful, authentic and magical self by allowing your nervous system to be more receptive to what is here now.
If you can move your body, you can dance, and you will be surprised by the wisdom of your body. Know this is a safe place to lean into sensation and to come as you are ❤️
At the Brave Women’s Community Center, you’re invited to come exactly as you are. This is a safe, welcoming space where there’s no pressure to perform, impress, or be anyone other than your true self. Every offering here is a chance to play, laugh, explore, and reconnect—in community with other women who are doing the same. We’re all about nurturing, joy, and authenticity. Let’s move through life together—one brave, playful step at a time. ❤️
