About us
Welcome to Breathe & Shine, where breathwork becomes an immersive experience designed to help you release, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
9D Breathwork combines conscious somatic breathing with immersive sound, binaural beats, frequencies, music, guided coaching, and subconscious messaging — all delivered through specialized headphones.
Each journey is designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, greater clarity, personal growth, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Whether you're completely new to breathwork or already have a practice, you're welcome here. I'll guide you through the entire experience in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.
✨ 9D Breathwork experiences are offered throughout Carlsbad, Encinitas, San Diego, and surrounding areas.
