Hey I'm Derm and I'm a Breathwork and Meditation for Success Coach. This group is for people who want calm that actually works in real life — at work, in relationships, under pressure, and during busy days.
We focus on simple, practical breathwork and meditation techniques that help you:
- Regulate stress and anxiety
- Think more clearly and respond instead of react
- Feel grounded without disconnecting from ambition or responsibility
- Build calm that carries into meetings, parenting, creativity, and decision-making
No experience required.
No pressure to “fix yourself.”
Each session includes:
- A short grounding practice
- Guided breathwork or meditation
- Practical integration (how to use this during your week)
- Optional reflection or discussion
Come as you are — tired, busy, skeptical, curious, or overwhelmed.
This is about learning how to live better from the inside out.
