Following the incredible honor of hosting the Michelin Guide American South Ceremony in Greenville, euphoria Greenville is proud to continue celebrating the city’s defining culinary moment with the launch of By The Starlight, a new four-part dinner series taking place in February, March, and April. The series explores Michelin-recognized talent through a season of elevated, collaborative dining experiences, beginning with a special evening that highlights our hometown chefs.
This first installment brings together four local chefs recognized in the Michelin Guide for an extraordinary collaborative dinner. Each chef will present a course that reflects their personal style and culinary voice, coming together as a unified expression of the Upstate’s evolving food scene.
Wine pairings for each course will be thoughtfully curated and presented by the winemaker of Vike Vike Wines of Sardinia. Guests will experience wines rooted in tradition and terroir, offering a distinctive perspective that complements each dish while providing insight directly from the winemaker behind the bottle.
This intimate dinner is both a celebration of culinary excellence and the opening chapter of a broader culinary series—an evening where collaboration, creativity, and a strong sense of place take center stage.
