At Can Tho Bistro & Bar, every dish tells a story. Inspired by generations of family recipes and the vibrant flavors of Vietnam, their menu is crafted with fresh ingredients and authentic traditions. Named after the hometown of one of its founders, Can Tho (kang-tuh) is the vision of three local restaurateurs who share a deep passion for authentic Vietnamese cuisine. With more than two decades of experience, Lisa, Chuck, and Yap have built a restaurant rooted in tradition, family, and community.
