Anthony Jones of Bravo’s Top Chef: Carolinas joins Soby’s host chefs Jon Buck and Tarciani Harger for a collaboration that pairs a fresh culinary perspective with the warmth and hospitality of a Greenville institution. Together, the three chefs will create a multi-course menu shaped by their distinct styles, shared creativity, and connection to the flavors of the Carolinas, complemented by thoughtfully selected wine pairings.
Expect an evening of inspired dishes and thoughtful storytelling, bringing the talent you’ve watched on screen into a more intimate setting. Each course offers a taste of what happens when these chefs share a kitchen, with Southern influences and unexpected touches woven throughout.
