Into the Woods...

This Sunday we head into the woods - We will follow light trails (trail shoes will be good but not necessary). We meet at the 'Woodpecker' at the Bois de la Cambre.

What to Expect:

• Distance: ~12-13 km
• Pace : 6:15 min/km (average pace)
• Good Company: Run with like-minded individuals and make new friends.
• Post-Run Coffee: Optional gathering at 'Woodpecker' for coffee and refreshments.
• Bag Drop: No Bag drop
