This isn't just a run; it's a chance to connect with nature, challenge yourself, and enjoy the company of fellow runners on a beautiful route. We'll be tackling rolling hills and varied terrain, making it a perfect outing for those looking to mix up their usual routine.
Event Details:-
Distance: Approximately 20km (12.4 miles)
Terrain: Light trails with some inclines and varied surfaces.
Pace : 6 min/km. We'll stick together and run at this comfortable, conversational pace, but be prepared for the distance and terrain.
What to Bring
Hydration : Bring your own water bottle, hydration vest, or handheld bottle. It's a long run, and staying hydrated is key.
Shoes : Trail shoes not obligatory but the right footwear makes all the difference!
Nutrition: Pack gels, chews, or whatever fuel you need for a 2+ hour run.
