
What we’re about
The idea of this group is to connect people through various mindfulness practices that help us live more skillfully in the world of stress and challenges.
This can be a great opportunity for you to learn some helpful technics and benefit your everyday life.
We are offering different sessions consistent of the following practices:
-breathwork and meditation
-yoga for adults and for kids with parents
-Qi gong
-other activities like creative writing, journaling,affirmations..
Our classes are free/donation based and available for everyone! Beginners or more experienced ones are welcome to join.
Each class is followed by sharing circle with the opportunity to connect on a deeper level.
