Beyond "Business Value" - Leading Sustainable Development of Profitable Products
While the growth of AI and software-enabled solutions generates momentum, growth alone is not enough to ensure sustainability. The probability of product success dramatically improves with early planning for profitability. A sustainable business model contains a system of interrelated choices made not once but over time. Join this session for an introduction to Profit Stream™ design, an iterative approach to ensuring solution, economic and relationship sustainability. We’ll explore how to shift from ambiguous descriptions of value to economic modeling of customer benefits to identify value exchange choices that enable a profitable pricing model. You’ll receive a template to apply for your solution.
