Welcome to Calgary Nature and Social Adventures!

We are a non-profit group run by volunteers. We welcome members to attend in-person events, and the Group Organiser may also offer online events and webinars.

This is not a dating group. Private messaging for any reason without first meeting them in person is usually poorly received and could result in complaints and your removal from this group.

We pay MeetUp fees of $260.90 in February and August of each year, and so we have an Annual Membership Fee of $12.00 is required, which is only one dollar per month!

There are options to pay the annual fee.
by credit card after August 7th but before August 20th, 2025
by e-transfer to dawnerath@gmail.com
by cash at an event before your paid year expires.

* Events that are open to guests, children and friendly dogs
* Snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, skating
* Educational Instruction and personal growth
* Travel and camping
* Cycling
* Potluck, BBQs and Restaurants
* Photography-themed Walks/Hikes
* Online webinars, Zoom meetings and similar offerings.

If you cannot attend an event, please change your RSVP to "Not Going" or message the host to change it for you.

Make sure that you do not collect too many "NO SHOWS" on your profile.

To become and remain a member of our group, please post your first name AND either the first initial or full surname.
Post a recognisable photo of only you. (This is an important safety measure and allows our organisers and members to feel safe, spot you and welcome you.
