Of note: The Noble Teahouse offers women in recovery a place to work, somewhere to belong, an opportunity to learn new skills, a way to contribute to their community and a chance to earn a living. Women employed at The Noble Teahouse are able to transition back into the workforce, while helping uplift other women in their community.

CAT Yoga is a subtle but powerful form of yoga that focuses on the mobility and stability of the spine using a CAT strap (Critical Alignment Therapy strap). Most classes are done laying on the back on props with eyes closed. The goal of Yoga Nidra is to promote a profound state of relaxation.

This takes you to Discovery Ridge Blvd. On the Blvd, approach the 'big rock' with the traffic circle. Go straight through the traffic circle (don't turn).
