Covid 19/Vaccination requirements -- To protect those riding in our group it is expected that each rider has been vaccinated at least twice for Covid. Also, while actually pedaling your bike masks are optional, masks should be worn when stopped.

We’re a wonderful group of friendly bike lovers who can accommodate cyclists of all experience levels and happily adhere to a no-drop policy. You do not have to be registered for our Arthritis Foundation cycling events in order to participate in our training rides.
Join us for our wonderful weekly training rides (Jan - Sept), We focus on touring, social riding with a modest pace. Usually there are two groups, one riding at about 10 miles per hour and the other at about 20. Beginners welcome with many rides offering multiple routes for both beginners and experienced cyclists. Average ride is 40+ miles and 2,000+ feet of climbing. Rides are also posted each week on the meetup and the Cycling4Fun.com website which describes starting time, location, and routes. Cycling4Fun is the bay area training program for the Arthritis People's and Coast Classics which are usually scheduled in September. However, all riders are welcome to join our rides.

Any changes in these rides, including cancellation, due to weather or other evil doing will be posted on the Cycling4Fun.com website by 7:00am the day of the ride.
Please arrive at the start by 8:15am to prepare for an 8:30am departure. Cue sheets/Directions will be on the windshield for late arrivals. Look for a vehicle in the parking area with an orange traffic cone on top. Ride leader is Bob Carlson. Helmets required

The Wine Country Century cycling event is finally back after COVID restrictions. They have planned a day of cycling in the beautiful vineyards and back roads of Sonoma County. Whether you want a relaxing 34 mile jaunt or a challenging 100 miler. they have it covered. No matter which of the three routes you choose they will take care of you along the way with SAG support and fully stocked rest stops. Best of all you get to feast on some great food and beverage choices after rolling to the big white tent at the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts (LBC) after your ride.
Although advertised as a century ride there are 100km (64 miles) and 34 mile routes also

This tour will replace the regular Cycling4 Fun Saturday rides on May 4. Start is between 6:30am and 9:00am depending on the course you select. No need to register on Cycling4Fun.
