What we’re about
Reinventing Work Cambridge is a new chapter of Reinventing Work, a grass roots movement, a global community for people interested in more human-centred, purposeful and self-organised ways of working. We aim to discuss and learn from example organisations such as Patagonia, Zappos, Netflix, Haier and many others. We will share experiences of bringing some of these practices to our own work environments. And we hope to learn about and practise some of the methods, tools and techniques that are commonly used by these types of organisations.
