Line up begins at 6:05 p.m. on Cameron Street we are UNIT 32 and our staging location is in front of JJC Parking lot. Units must report to assigned positions no later than 6:30 p.m. or may forfeit their spot in the parade.

1. If the parade is canceled, it will not be rescheduled. A determination will be made by 5:00 p.m. on parade day.
2. All participants consent to the usage of their name, image, and likeness by the City of Winchester.
3. Parade officials reserve the right to remove entries from the parade lineup and will disqualify entries from future parades for any of the following:

• Throwing candy to the public
• Use of sirens/air horns
• Intentional slowing and/or stopping for any reason other than safety
• Unsafe or inappropriate behavior, driving, weaving vehicles during the parade, or for use of inappropriate or potentially disruptive signage and/or language
• Unplanned music
• Disrespecting and/or not following direction of parade officials and/or law enforcement
• Entering the parade with more than what is outlined in your application without prior approval
• Lack of holiday theme
