Menu:
All food will be served buffet style

🎉 vegetarian summer rolls (GF) with tofu, rice vermicelli noodle, lettuce, mint
🎉 grilled tofu slices & crispy vegetarian spring rolls over vermicelli (GF) cucumber, mint, lettuce, bean sprouts, roasted peanuts, vegetarian soy sauce
🎉 grilled tofu steak (GF) with asparagus, mild bean curd sauce
🎉 shredded tofu and broad rice noodles
🎉 sautéed tofu with yellow onion, carrots, braised gluten; served over broad rice noodles with vegetarian sauce
