This three-hour, small-group workshop gives you space and structure to understand what feels out of place, explore what energises you and work towards a practical next step.

Who is this workshop for?
This session is designed for professionals at a career crossroads, especially those in their mid-30s and 40s who:

• Feel drained or disconnected from their work.
• Have outgrown their role but don’t know what comes next.
• Are good at what they do, yet no longer find it satisfying.
• Want to explore a change without making a rushed decision.
• Have been thinking about their next move but struggle to turn those thoughts into action.

You don’t need to arrive with a new career in mind. Bring your questions and a willingness to reflect.

What we’ll work through
Using our SHIFT framework and physical SHIFT Canvas, you’ll work through guided exercises and discussion to:
1. Understand what feels off
Explore which parts of your work leave you drained, and whether the friction comes from your tasks, working environment or changing priorities.
2. Discover what energises you
Complete the Authentic Moment Work Energy Profile, our in-house guided assessment. Reflect on the activities that energise and drain you, then connect those patterns to your own experiences.
3. Put your career priorities into words
Write a career identity statement that captures what matters to you and what you want from your next chapter.
4. Explore possible directions
Consider changes worth exploring, whether that means reshaping your current role, moving to a different environment or investigating a new path.
5. Build your next-step plan
Create a written 30–90–180 day action plan during the session, starting with practical steps you can take to test your ideas.
The Work Energy Profile is a self-reflection tool for guided discussion. Your experiences, priorities and circumstances help give your results meaning.
