In this intensive 21 day course, you’ll be guided by our online team to attain new levels of self-knowledge and transformative experiences.
Beginners, newcomers and regulars will learn how to meditate and reach a state of inner silence. One-on-one help, workshops with group practice, and ongoing mentoring will be available.

Sahaja Yoga meditation is experiential.
We will focus on what you are feeling while meditating during the class. We’ll cover a new topic every time.
In a typical program, there will be:

✧ a talk by Shri Mataji, the founder
✧ live music
✧ Q&A
✧ breakout rooms for additional support
This is a spiritual meditation. We awaken the inner energy (Kundalini) that gently brings positive change within us – making us more balanced, peaceful, and joyous. As you participate in these classes, you will notice increasing moments of clear perception, unclouded by unnecessary thoughts.This 21 day course is the beginning of an ongoing journey with an online community of Sahaja Yoga meditation practitioners. Classes are offered throughout the year for those who wish to delve deeper and continue their spiritual growth.

Please wear comfortable shoes that are easy to slip off for meditation. Chairs will be provided. We will begin with a guided meditation session to help you enter into the state of thoughtless awareness where one is stationed more in the present moment. After the meditation, we will give a brief overview of Sahaja Meditation and be available for questions. We also share balancing techniques and guidance on at-home meditation practices. This helps individuals cultivate a regular meditation routine and experience its benefits more consistently.
