What we’re about
Community, Networking, plant based nutrition information and cooking/prep of vegan plant powered dishes! All cooking classes are currently held at Mira Costa Tech center in Carlsbad through Mira Costa Community Classes as well as Seaside Center for Spiritual Living in Encinitas. An occasional classes is held at the Garden of Eatin (Our home vertical and other plants farm) in Carlsbad.
Recipe handout included. Organic Wine and other beverages provided as well. This is a fun gathering of people who want to learn how to incorporate more healthy plant foods into their diet everyday, with dishes that taste amazing!
