Spring dishes - Tower and Garden to table Plant Powered/Gluten Free/Vegan

Join us this Wednesday, April 10th from 6-9 pm for our next Plant Powered Cooking and Meal prep class at Mira Costa College Technology center in Carlsbad - Easy to find and parking is plenty!

We will be making an Olive and Artichoke Crostini (Gluten free french bread) , Carrot Top pesto, Quinoa, Asparagus, Chickpea Salad, Vegan Minestrone soup with no tomatoes (Home made No-mato), and Vegan Strawberry "cheesecake" bars with chocolate drizzle.
