Welcome! This group is for women seeking ways to stay fit, healthy & active at all ages & stages of life - without the intimidation of the gym. Because health is supposed to feel GOOD! This is not a place for diet culture or cliques. This is a community for women who want to live a balanced, healthy lifestyle - in mind & body.
We have in-person group classes & small group trainings (outdoors at our beautiful Carlsbad Frazee Beach). I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Mind-Body Coach, Mindfulness & Yoga Teacher with many in-depth specializations. (orthopedic fitness, nervous system & pain healing, prenatal & postpartum, core rehab, etc.- I have 2 rods in my back, scoliosis and have had 2 c-sections!)
You can expect low-impact, high-results workouts utilizing your bodyweight that are focused on proper muscle activation, form, connecting to your body & precise micro-movements - think the calm of yoga meets the lean muscle-building effectiveness of strength training/Pilates/personal training.
You’ll develop greater strength inside & out, as you'll be working closely with a personal trainer providing proper corrections, guidance, mindset, motivation & yoga-inspired warm-ups and cool downs.
My deepest passion is helping women learn how to find JOY in the body, so this can finally feel sustainable & enjoyable - so you can live a healthy, fit, thriving life for the rest of your life - no matter what your body or life is throwing at you! We'd love to see you on the beach soon!
