Welcome to the Cashflow Board Gamers group!
This group is for those who:
1. want more than Monopoly has to offer
2. love having money :)
3. seek to understand their own financial balance sheet
4. are interested in having an idea or two on how to accumulate passive income and/or increase cash on hand
5. would like to have a glimpse of what it feels like to be financially free
The official aim of Cashflow 101 is to have: Passive Income > Expenses in order to get out of the rat race. We explore different options on how to achieve that. If you play with us enough, we'll eventually spill the beans on the fastest way to get out of the rat race ;)

MONOPOLY PROPNEX CHAMPIONSHIP is back!
This is the 3rd year that Propnex is holding a Monopoly Tournament worth up to $180,000 in cash prizes.
With so much money at stake, you will want to give yourself the best chance to make your session at PropNex count.

Come join us for a Cashflow 202 game!
Simulated more closely to real life than Cashflow 101, this will be a much harder and more exciting game.
It's easier to make money in CF 202 but also easier to go bankrupt.
Expect more ups, downs and twists in this next level!
Some differences include:- 2x Passive Income > Liabilities in order to get out of the rat race
- The ability to buy options and short stocks
- Doodads may be astronomical and/or incur increases in monthly expenses
Because of the added various concepts of manual accounting that will take time to fill out and edit, in order to not slow down the game significantly, players are required to:
- Have played Cashflow 101 at least once
- Only experiences that involve paper balance sheets are counted. Playing Cashflow 101 using the app or playing the online version will not be counted
- Have gotten out of the rat race in Cashflow 101 at least once
