4-Mile Walk-N-Talk!

Health Conscious Gang! Just updated to 1:00 pm going forward for the Fall Weather and meeting TWICE per month now!

Afterwards join us for refreshments at Grace O'Malley's Irish Public House in Matthews, just a block away from our walk!

I'm excited to confirm our recurring meetup is now twice a month!

Join us two Sundays per month for a 4-mile walk-and-talk! Meet and greet other health-conscious members! Don your comfortable sneakers and join in.

We will meet at Matthews Elementary School (E McDowell St, Matthews) parking lot behind the softball field, which is at the opening to the Greenway behind the school.

Enjoy time with other health-conscious members. Go as fast or slow as you want to! Just a great, healthy way to chat and meet people.

PLEASE NOTE: The GPS sometimes will bring you to the back of the school by the swings - YOU WILL NEED TO WALK TO THE SOFTBALL FIELD JUST 75 YARDS AWAY!
