I feel very blessed to have Nancy join us with her time and talent! She has been one of my Yoga instructors for quite a few years at the YMCA.

Nancy Dill Proga, a South Charlotte resident, has many credentials! A few of which include Yoga Alliance- and YogaFit- certified instructor of 19 years with specialties in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Fusion Yoga with Pilates and Down Syndrome Yoga. Her passion is working with the special needs community, which she has done for more than 20 years. Retired from CMS, she has a wonderful husband, two beautiful children, and two precious grandchildren, with a third grandchild on the way!
